To all the membership of our Exterior Chapter:<\/p>

As I start my endeavor as the new President of our chapter, I reflect on the following statement: Change is inevitable, growth is optional. I think on this given the opportunity and trust I\u2019ve been awarded would take in mind in this new role. I see this within our Leadership Team as it the most diverse one we\u2019ve seen in various areas. I embrace this we look forward to continue our endeavors in live by our motto: More than a Chapter, it\u2019s a necessity\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Through my endeavors as President, I will focus on the following:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Adding Value \u2013 we will look for opportunities such as networking events and educational efforts that provide value added products and results. Our last event in DC is hopefully the first of many.<\/li>
  2. Relationships \u2013 We will contribute to build and strengthen our partnerships through various initiative such as our collaborations with the Florida Engineering Society and various Chapters and Institutes that make up the CIAPR. In addition, we will look for opportunities to better connect with our membership.<\/li>
  3. Preparing for the future-As we see a transition of leaders in our industry, we will be forward leaning by proving avenues for interested members to develop their leadership skills such as mentorships and leadership opportunities within the Chapter.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    I know that together, we can make our chapter one that can be a premier resource to engineers and surveyors. Through partnership, collaboration, and collaboration, I\u2019m confident we can achieve this. I look forward to interacting and working with you.<\/p>
