We are part of the College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico, which was established in 1938 to defend the development of engineering and surveying, promoting ethics and excellence in professional practice for the benefit of the collegiate and the people of Puerto Rico.
The Mission of CIAPR’s Florida Chapter is to be an effective resource of service to our professions, communities, and especially to our members that are not residing in Puerto Rico.
